Pre-event portrait
A dedicated portrait session in your gown — completed at least 14 days before the celebration so prints can be on display.
Coverage of key moments
Arrival, court of honor, mass (where permitted), vals, cambio de zapatos, última muñeca, toasts, cake, and reception.

Password-protected gallery with hi-res downloads, easy sharing with family, and one year of online hosting.
Print release
A personal-use print release so you can print at your favorite lab without restrictions.
Standard contract
A signed Quinceañera agreement before the date — clear scope, payment schedule, and cancellation terms.
Family coordination
A pre-event planning call so the shot list (parents, padrinos, court of honor, grandparents) is locked in before the day.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you cover the mass?
Yes — when the church or officiant permits photography during mass. Some parishes restrict flash or movement during the ceremony; we coordinate with the priest in advance and shoot quietly with available light. If the parish doesn’t allow photography during mass, we cover the arrival, recessional, and outside portraits.
How does the deposit and payment schedule work?
A 30% non-refundable retainer plus a signed contract reserves the date. 50% of the remaining balance is due 30 days before the celebration. The final balance is due 7 days before the date. Payment plans are available on request.
How far do you travel?
Houston, Sugar Land, Katy, Pearland, and the surrounding Greater Houston area are included. Travel beyond 50 miles is quoted as a flat travel fee — typically $0.65/mile round-trip from Sugar Land plus lodging for celebrations more than 90 minutes away.
How many photos do we get and when?
Essentials: 350+ edited images. Signature: 500+. Premium: 700+. Initial sneak-peek gallery is delivered within 72 hours; the full edited gallery is delivered within 4 weeks. Premium clients receive a next-day social preview gallery.
Can we customize a package?
Yes — every package can be tailored. Common add-ons: additional coverage hours, second photographer add-on for Essentials, extra prints, larger albums, parent albums, save-the-date or invitation portrait sessions, and engagement-style portraits for the chambelán.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
The retainer is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to availability. Cancellation terms tighten as the date approaches and are spelled out in the signed contract: 60+ days retains the deposit only; 30–59 days forfeits 50% of the total; 14–29 days forfeits 75%; under 14 days forfeits 100%.
Do you do photo and video together?
Yes. Many clients pair photography with the video add-on — the two teams are coordinated to stay out of each other’s frames and share a single shot list. Combined photo+video bookings can also be quoted as a custom package if you’d like.
